A Neighbourhood Plan must meet specific content and layout requirements. This is to satisfy planning legislation. It is expected that subject matter experts and consultants will be used as necessary. Fortunately, grant funding is available for this. Also, the Plan will have input from many other sources eg. survey data, information from the Uttlesford Local Plan and public consultation.
